The Community Room

Our Community Room is available to local groups free of charge.

The room is a 50 ft. x 30 ft. space in the lower level of the library, and may be divided into 30 ft. x 30 ft. and 20 ft. x 30 ft. spaces.

Seating is available for 100. 6 30 in. x 96 in. tables and 4 30 in. x 60 in. tables are available. Each group is resposible for arranging tables and chairs to suit its needs, and must return the tables and chairs to their original configuration when the meeting is complete.

Access to the lower level is provided by stairs and an elevator. Public restrooms and a water fountain are on the lower level.

A kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator is adjacent to the Community Room. No cooking may be done on the premises. The refrigerator may be used during the meeting, but may not be used for long-term storage of food or beverages.

A projector screen and overhead projector are available, as well as a white board and an easel.

All meetings must conclude, and the meeting room cleaned and returned to its original setup, by the time the library closes.

Full details and the rules of use may be found by clicking Meeting Room Policy.

Call 343-7747 to reserve use of the Community Room, and ask to speak to Teresa or Lynne.
