| Description: | We are thrilled to host Melvin Starr, local author of the Hugh de Singleton medieval surgeon mystery series. Mel will take us through his trials as a rookie writer seeking an agent, and also discuss the medieval mysteries genre. He has has spent many years teaching history, and has studied medieval surgery and medieval English. Copies of his books will be available for purchase.
