Curbside service is always available during library hours, whether or not the building is open to the public.
Curbside service includes:

Copy & Fax Service (FREE up to 10 pages per day)
Copies (15 cents per page) (You can email these, if you wish, to )
Faxes ($1.00 per page)
Print from a mobile device (FREE up to 10 pages per day)

In a few moments you’ll receive a reply with a six-digit code.
Send us the code (phone, email, text) and we’ll print out your document for you to pick up.

A snugly-fitting mask must be worn at all times that completely covers your nose and mouth.
Time is limited to 60 minutes.
Except for scanning and printing, no staff assistance is available to computer users, as staff must remain at least 6 feet away at all times.
No one exhibiting symptoms of a cold or cough will be admitted.
Free wifi service extends from our front parking lot to the the parking lot behind the tennis courts in Kindleberger Park.
No notary service is available when the building is closed to the public.
Our Reopening Plan has been approved by the Library Board of Trustees. It can be read here. Please note, this plan may change if circumstances warrant.

Go to www.parchmentlibrary.org and click CATALOG in the main menu. (If you’re using a phone, tap the box with 3 horizontal lines to open the menu)
Click the Log In To Your Account link in the upper right of the screen. (If you’re using a phone, tap the box with 3 horizontal lines at the top left of the screen.)
Log in using your library card number. Your password is your full phone number -- include the area code if it's NOT 269.
Look up an item that you would like to check out.
Double-click on the item to open the details screen. Click Reserve this item.
2. LIBRARY STAFF WILL CALL YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
We'll hold orders for 3 business days.
Orders placed Monday will be held until Thursday
Orders placed Tuesday will be held until Friday
Orders placed Wednesday will be held until Saturday
Orders placed Thursday will be held until Monday
Orders placed Friday will be held until Tuesday
Orders placed Saturday will be held until Wednesday
We’ll pack your order in paper grocery sacks. Staff who prepare orders will wear masks.
3. PICK UP YOUR ORDER
1. Have your library card with you! We’ll need it to confirm your order.
2. Call us when you get to the library. If you don't have a cell phone, call us from home just before you leave.
3. Staff will deliver your order to your car.
