COVID19 Shutdown - 3/22/2020 Update

The Library is closed until further notice. Please keep all library materials at home until the library reopens - no overdue fees will be assessed.

Here are updates on library events as well as resources to use until the happy day the library is open again!

All March and April events have been cancelled.  We'll reschedule as many as we can, once a normal schedule has resumed.

AARP Tax Help.  The National AARP Foundation has suspended service at all tax-aide sites until further notice.  This cancels all appointments scheduled at the Parchment Library.  If appointments can be re-scheduled, we will call each client.

The Making of Parchment.  This will be certainly be rescheduled.

March 28 Book Sale.  No plans to reschedule (as of this writing).  The next book sale will be Saturday, July 11.

Climate Change from a Faith Perspective (3 events). We hope to reschedule an event featuring all three presenters near Earth Day in April 2021.

Author visit: Stephen Mack Jones.  We hope to reschedule his visit as part of the tour for his third book when it is released.

Yum's the Word: Water & Wheat.  We hope to reschedule in July, August, or September.

Parchment Book Group. Since the April meeting is cancelled, all book selections will be pushed back a month. See the library's calendar for more information.
