Vinyasa Yoga with Alla
Alla Claeys will lead a session of Vinyasa yoga open to all who are interested in trying it. She will tailor the class to the levels of the people who attend. Bring your own yoga mat if you can. The library will have some yoga mats available for people who don’t have one. If you have blocks, you will find it helpful to bring them.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links one pose to another through breath and intentional transition. Wear comfortable clothes, including pants that are somewhat stretchy. Vinyasa is practiced barefoot.
Alla has practiced yoga for 13 years and became a certified teacher in 2024. She hopes to share her love for yoga with others.
