Mini-Canvas Painting Challenge Begins!

Attention Adults, Teens, Tweens, and Children Ages 8 and older: Beat the Winter Blues by being a part of our Mini-Canvas Painting Challenge!

Pick up a kit at the library (while supplies last). Each kit includes a 4″ x 4″ mini-canvas and easel, two paintbrushes, a palette for mixing, and 12 small pots of acrylic paint.

Paint a design of your own on the canvas.  Will it be a landscape, a pet portrait, a still life, an abstract, or something else?  Let the colors and the canvas inspire you!

Bring your canvas and easel back to the library by Wednesday, February 25 to be part of the March exhibit.  Be sure to write your name and telephone number on the top back of your canvas and on your easel using a pencil or a thin marker.

Enjoy seeing the paintings on exhibit in our lobby display case March 3-31.  Paintings will be rotated in and out during the month so that all can be on display.

Pick up your painting and easel April 1-8 and enjoy displaying the artwork in your own home!
